II. Guest Speakers
A. Amber Ulmer, UMF Class 2004, former CRC president, works with University of New England. They are looking at other Hall Council programs to make UNE program stronger.
B. Celeste Branham- Pandemic Influenza Planning. Creating a plan to inform public and be prepared for Pandemic Flu. The plan is now up for review under “Forms and Documents” on Ecampus. The Committee is hoping for community commentary any questions can be asked at CBranham@maine.edu. If the Influenza virus has infected the United States, New England, The University of Maine at Farmington will be shut down. Students that can not get will be allowed to be quarantined after shut down. Flu Facts website will be active in the next week, accessible by Ecampus.
III. Hall Report Presentation
A. Black Hall-
B. Dakin Hall- Last Wednesday, Tie Dye program, 17 people came. Possible new CRC members were informed about CRC
C. Lockwood Hall- Last Wednesday, 7 people came to the meeting. Co-chair elections were not held. Kristen is the only person active in Lockwood. Ice Cream Social is planned to gain more CRC members
D. Mallet Hall- Door Decorating Program going on. Wednesday winners will be picked. Balance has dropped by $400 in the last week, without any expenditures. It is possible that the money has gone into the Black account
E. Purington Hall- No members
F. Scott Hall- Game Night 35 people played. Positive Reviews.
G. Stone Hall- Ice Cream Social inspired ideas to decorate for Halloween. Program with Purington entitled “Hunt for the Skunk” will take place. Possible Stitching program
IV. Social Committee
A. GAME. CRC was divided into two teams. The teams were lined up across from one another. Teams memorized the person across from them. One team changed three things about themselves and the other team had to guess what they changed

VI. Marc (Secretary)
A. Last Weeks minutes were destroyed by Marc’s computer so they were not sent out.
B. Minutes were collected from all the Halls. Dakin, Stone, Purington, and Black failed to in their minutes. These Halls may Email the Minutes to Marc.Craig@maine.edu.
VII. Buzz (Treasurer)
A. Balance: $ 31,267.15
B. Balances can be received from your treasurer
C. “D” Word incident, D Word was written on a note that was placed in Chelsea’s Cubby.
VIII. Ally (Vice President)
A. Nothing for Tonite

A. Transportation/ Risk and Release form was sent around and signed by all members. This way anytime a Risk and Release form is needed the form can be copied.

Forms were sent around to solicit members to sign up for
1. Delivering Bags to communities via University Vans
2. Pick up bags in the communities via University Vans
3. Set up for the Fall Ball Dance (Free Admission)

1. Friend would like to collect cans for one week to use money for children in Nicaragua. They would collect for one week
